AM- For cross-country practice we met at Sugar House Park. We did a loop around the perimeter for our warm-up, then we did a segment of the state course 6 times. The loop was about 500 meters. It took me about 1:55 for them. Then we did a cooldown back to our cars. My legs felt ok, but my calves would start cramping up. I think I'm just dehydrated. (Pegasus 215) |
