I took second at USATF Nationals Cross-Country when I was ten. I was 6th at nationals in the 3000 in 2004.

Personal:

I did lots of competitive running growing up. I'm now 23 and have fibromyalgia and CFS. I just finished nursing school and am going back for my MSN in a few months, but I want to get back in shape and be able to run again.

AM- Me and Sussanah met up at Liberty park and went for a run. We ran 5 miles. It took us 44:54, so almost 9 minute pace. We were both a little bit tired. I was stiff again I think it's just because I'm still getting back in shape. I'll probably go for another run tonight just 3 or 4 miles. (Pegasus 75)

PM- Tonight I went for a run alone at sugarhouse park. I just did two laps around the perimeter. It was 4 miles. It took me 31:03, so about 7:45 pace. My legs felt really good but my bunion started hurting after the first lap. I'm anxious to run Heart of Holladay. Hopefully it can give me a good idea of where I am. (Pegasus 79)
