Personal:

I did lots of competitive running growing up. I'm now 23 and have fibromyalgia and CFS. I just finished nursing school and am going back for my MSN in a few months, but I want to get back in shape and be able to run again.

AM- 4 miles, I ran to Old Mill and back

PM- Jogged 3 laps to warm-up. Then I did 2 laps of speed changes and 1 lap slow. Then I did a mile. I was supposed to try and run it in 6:00, but it was really windy outside so it was more of a tempo mile. I ran it in 6:27. Then I did 2x800. I ran the first one in 3:01, and the second one in 3:02. Then I did 5x200. All of them were either 36 or 37 but the last one was 33. Then I jogged a little over a lap for a cooldown.

AM- I ran from my house out on Holladay Blvd.and did a loop up Mill Rock Rd. Then back to my house. It was 4 miles. It took me 38:30

PM- I ate 2 double stacks and a frosty about an hour before my run...bad idea. I ran to Sugar House park, did a lap at the park and then ran back. I had to stop a couple of times on the run thanks to lunch. At the park we did fartlek. 5 by 1 minute on 1 minute off.
